Of water
Falling, calling,
Cascading, crashing,
Fiercely flowing,
Spraying, splashing.
Sprinkling, flinging,
Creating, making
Soft haze
To amaze
Diamond drops
Into the air,
Moisture spots
Glistening, glinting,
Rising, falling,
Soaring, tumbling
As if skating,
Returning to churning
Below, a show.

Beating, strumming,
Rocks over running
Water tumbling,
Shooting sideways,
Rolling forwards,
Downwards spreading,
Edging out
Trickling, sprinkling,
Shining like silver

Over rock
Once more.
For showing
The grandeur
Of water,
Falling, calling.
