“I cry aloud to the Lord; I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy. I pour out my complaint before
him: before him I tell my troubles. When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who know my
way.” Psalm 142 v 1-3
Suffering in silence,
Harbouring rebellion’s resentment,
Is not the answer.
Seek to speak
To Him about
All hurts, harm.
He will disarm
The mounting pressure,
If only you
Try, really try,
To proclaim, maintain,

An intention, genuine,
To let His Spirit
Come live within,
So you can begin to
Forgive and let go.
“O God, you hear prayer, to you all men will come. When we were overwhelmed by sins, you
atoned for our transgressions. Blessed is the man you choose and being near to live in your
courts.” Psalm 65 v 2-4
Know God works
This way to take
Away all damage.
Repair is His share
Of the bargain for
His loving care is
So enormous, gracious.
He will handle any
Problem, difficulty, doubt,
However huge or pressing.
Distressing concerns must
Be turned over readily
To the One who
Undoubtedly concerns Himself
About healing. His
Revealing love is
Truth set free
To be, make
The difference it takes
When willing to
Forgive, live in God.
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave
you.” Ephesians 4 v 32
