“Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you!” Isaiah 60 v 1

In the immensity of His wisdom,
In the intensity of His love,
In the authority of His promise,
God decided to become man
So in humility we could grasp
The practicality of His salvation.

“ ‘Write the vision and make it plain on tablets that (s)he may see who reads it.” Habakkuk 2 v 2
“God, who at various times and in various ways
Spoken time past to the fathers by the Prophets,
Has in these last days spoken to us
By His Son …who being the brightness of His glory
And the express image of His person,
Hebrews 1 v 1-3 And upholding all things by the word of His power,”
Became our Saviour King, Jesus the Lord.

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time: but at the end it will speak and it will not lie.”
Habakkuk 2 v 3
Jesus the One to bring God in all His dignity,
The purity and beauty of all that is holy
Into our daily lives by faith.
Faith is the reality “Of things hoped for,
Hebrews 11 v 1 The evidence of things not seen.”
Not seen by the human eye in this day and age
But still felt by the open heart and the reflective mind.

“I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch to see what He will say to me and what I
will answer when I am connected.” Habakkuk 2 v 1

By faith we find God did impart Himself to us through love.
Jesus the baby, Jesus the boy, Jesus the man, Jesus the Son,
A new reign of covenant love begun as mystery,
Evidenced by history that we may have faith.
Galations 3 v 29 “If you belong to Christ, then you are heirs according to the promise.”
That promise of truth which says ‘Jesus is Lord’, Lord of love.
