“Let the peace of God rule in your hearts.” Colossians 3 v 15

Seek lasting relief from heart torn grief;
Willingly the burden shared or may be carried;
Undoing anxiety, stress, the total mess of your life..

“My child, do not forget My teaching, but keep My commands in your heart, for they will prolong your
life many years and bring you prosperity.” Proverbs 3 v 1, 2

God’s reprieve comes from His heart of love
Above anything you can understand,
Command or even wish for.

Overcoming strife in any shape or form or quantity.
Banishing the daily norm of helpless hurt or despair.
Helping the care worry, worn by pain and suffering.

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. Do
not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and
bridle or they will not come to you. Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love
surrounds the person who trusts in Him.” Psalm 32 v 8-10

God’s help comes from His heart of love
Above anything you have ever known,
Been shown, or even dreamed of.

Reaching you to ask you,
To let go and let God act.
Teaching you to patiently trust Him.

“A prudent (wo)man gives thought to his steps.” Proverbs 14 v 15

God’s safekeeping comes from His heart of love
Above anything you can conjure up,
Make up or even suppose.

Holding you safe from harm,
To disarm your anger and distress
And bless your very existence.

“Ears that hear and eyes that see – the Lord has made them both.” Proverbs 20 v 12

God’s mercy comes from His heart of love
Above anything you dared hope for,
Beyond human scope, or even pleading.

Leading you into renewal of faith
To fuel your decided belief.
The sheer relief of opening up to God.

“Apply your heart to instruction and your ears to words of knowledge.” Proverbs 23 v 12

God’s answer comes from His heart of love
Above anything you yearned for,
Were concerned for, or even asked for.

Can you believe so wholeheartedly, fully, entirely,
You can trustingly say and mean ‘My times are in Your hand’. * 1
In Your mighty, merciful, marvellous heart of love?

“Blessed is the (wo)man You choose, and cause to approach You.. By awesome deeds in
righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends
of the earth.”
Psalm 65 v 4, 5

Father, You say ‘Do not be afraid, for I am with you; don’t be dismayed; for I am your God; I will
strengthen you.’ * 2 Strengthen my faith so I can truly believe Your promises. Help me to
always depend upon You, as You answer from Your heart of love. Amen.
