’S PURPOSE
“In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for Me in earnest, you will find Me when you seek
Me.” Jeremiah 29 v 12, 13 NLT
Show your veneration to our Father of creation.
Offer an oblation through Jesus,
By means of the Eucharist, prayer offered in earnest.
For Your power is here,
As the Spirit shows us.
The Spirit is at work with us in dedication
To fill us with admiration for Jesus,
Especially at the †of salvation.
Adoration grows as we partake of the Eucharist.
For the Lord Jesus nourishes our faith’s progress,
Reminding us of how His blood poured out at the †,
Cleanses and heals us for God’s purpose of holiness.
“Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain You; He will never let the righteous fall.”
Psalm 55 v 22 NIV
The life we are called to by the Spirit of Jesus,
Is a life of wholeness, such gladness.
In this we are enabled to give witness to Jesus,
For the Spirit is our emotion of adoration.
Veneration, oblation, dedication are always linked
With admiration and adoration for a reason.
And what better reason than our worship?
And what better place to offer this than during the Eucharist,
For God’s purpose is shared here in Jesus,
As the Spirit is intent upon increasingly showing us.
For this is the purpose of holiness, becoming ours in Jesus.
“Knowing God leads to self-control. Self-control to patient endurance and patient endurance leads to
godliness. Godliness leads to love for other Christians, and ...for everyone.” 2 Peter 1 v 6, 7 NIV

“I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders.” Psalm 9 v 1 NAJB
For to be able to pray to You, to communicate with You dearest Father, is such a God given
privilege, thank You.
This is made possible through the merits of Jesus, and we are blessed by this when we share in
the Eucharist. May our sharing be in addition, for Your purpose.
Jesus is our highest worship and is to be acknowledged. “Why, O blessed Jesus Christ,
should I not love Thee well; not for the value of winning Heaven or of escaping Hell;
St Francis Xavier not with the hope of gaining aught, nor seeking a reward: but as Thyself has loved
1506-1552 me, O ever-loving Lord!”
I am truly grateful to be enabled to pray my thanks and praise, as made possible by the
inspiration of the Spirit of love. Yes, prayer achieves so much for us.
Thank You for gifting us one particular prayer above all others, that of the Eucharist when we
experience the real presence of Jesus under the form of communion bread and wine.
Here is seeking and finding with such God gifted results of strengthening, nourishing, cleansing,
healing of sin as at the †. May the Holy Spirit ever empower this for Your purpose Father,
resulting in our prayers of sincerest, happiest thanksgiving.
Our relationship with You is Spirit impacted as we partake of Your closeness in Jesus,
particularly through the experience of the Eucharist, whereby faith’s practices are made very real
to us.
So much emanates from Jesus’ † of blessings, Jesus carrying the heavy load of our sinfulness.
Through forgiveness we are invited into a new life driven forwards by the influence of the
Spirit.
May we make the most of this, enabled thereby to tell of Your wonders, especially that of our re-
creation.
Thank You that the Eucharist strengthens us to be Jesus’ very own works in progress. “Blessed
Psalm 40 v 4 is the (wo)man who makes the LORD his (her) trust,” enabled to count the blessings for
indeed they are real.
These blessings are identifiable although too many to be numbered. Let us then, by being
prayerfully prepared for heaven, open to the Spirit, be a people of praise.
We exalt You Lord God as a holy Trinity worthy of all praise, of admiration, adoration,
veneration. Please accept our oblation as we join with Jesus in the Eucharist.
Here we experience a foretaste of entering into Your courts with praise. We must be thankful to
You and bless Your name as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, all goodness, all mercy, all truth of
love shown us.
Psalm 101 v 1 Yes, ever I would “Sing of mercy and justice; to You, O LORD, I will sing praises,” joyously,
wholeheartedly, realising as I experience the Trinity at work in the Eucharist, so very many
aspects of Your promised faithfulness.
based on Praise must be indeed. “Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me bless Your
Psalm 103 v 1, 2 holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits,” especially that of
the Eucharist. Amen.
