Cyclamen pink
I drink in the colour
Whether softer or bolder.
The softer pink
Is as gentle
As a bonnet
Placed lovingly on a baby.
The mid pink
Does make me think
Of a half way point.
Prayer too is halfway to somewhere,
That wonderful joy in Your presence, Lord.
The brightest pink of magenta
And it is as if
I enter another realm.
For colour like prayer,
Is heart-warming, uplifting,
Storming the senses agreeably.
Cyclamen pink
Is lovely
However deep the tone.
