Prayer place,
silent place,
tick tock
stop the clock.
Come, meet with God
face to face,
unhurriedly,
simply at His pace.

“The LORD your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness.
He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3 v 17

Silent space,
prayer space,
tick tock
stop the shock.
Come, greet God
face to face,
undisturbedly,
no race, no race.

“LORD, You have been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains
were brought forth, or ever You had formed the earth and the world, even from
Psalm 90 v 1, 2 everlasting to everlasting, You are God.”
Do not let the constant clamour and clatter of our world distract us from Your presence. Tick,
tock, stop the beating clock, time relentlessly pushing us. We achieve nothing of eternal value
until we sit in Your presence. “So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart
Psalm 90 v 12 of wisdom.”
Bring us to be still before You, ready to receive all Your Spirit longs to reveal to us. “Let Your
based on work appear to Your servants, and Your glory to their children. And let the beauty of
Psalm 90 v 16, 17 You, LORD our God be upon us,” as we come fully alive in You, to reflect back Your glory.
