“I trust in You, O LORD: I say ‘You are my God.’ My times are in Your hand...” Psalm 31 v 14, 15

Lord, unbind me.
Free me from satan’s captivity.
Loose the ties which are so tight.
Set my life aright, anew to be an Easter person.
Ground me in Your resurrected life,
A new found love, praise be!
Root me in God’s mercy,
For Lord Jesus, You are new life to us
By means of Your venerable †.
Secure me fully,
That finally I reach my heavenly destiny.
May Your abiding presence of love
So inspire my humanity,
I will desire and design totally
To live by all that is holy.
No more doubt, fear, anxiety.
No room now for insecurity.
For in You, by the Spirit, is my liberty.
Thank You, Lord, for all You did afford.

Lord Jesus, I am mindful “of Your helpful and inspiring advice; “‘(S)he who has My
commandments and keeps them, it is (s)he who loves Me. And (s)he who loves Me will
John 14 v 21 be loved by My Father, and I will love him (her) and manifest Myself to him (her)’.” That
is exactly what I strive after.
Psalm 31 v 16 “Make Your face shine upon Your servant, save me for Your mercies’ sake.” Save me

I have learned this through Your friendship bringing to pass countless blessings time without
number, thank You. I do not want to live without this benefit of holy love in all its
transformative power.

I am sorry for the times I fail to live up to the high standards You set for us. “For I said in my
haste,” my thoughtless carelessness, my old self will refusing to be subdued, “ ‘I am cut off

Thank You that repentant prayer is really restorative, so beneficial. “You heard the voice of

May I never lose heart in my faith’s pilgrimage onwards and upwards towards home. Make me

the more determined to preserve and seek after holiness.
I believe for this is my experience, “He shall strengthen our heart, all of us who hope in

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has

challenges. I ask for a share in this.
I ask knowing “Who is (s)he who overcomes the world,” in all its devious mistaken ways of
self serving, it is all who call on the power of Your name, Lord Jesus, the King of Glory,
v5 knowing that You are “The Son of God,” working fully in harmony with Him and the
anointing Spirit.
Remind me, remind all who believe in You as our Redeemer, Lord Jesus, that when we
determine to stand firm in faith, the world loses its influence and control over us. Faith is an
adventure trusting in You implicitly as the Word of God, His beloved Son.

May all believers continue to try to be transformed into Your likeness, confident in our

spiritual development because we invite the Holy Spirit to guide and guard us daily, thereby
our obedience, our reverence grows. Also, we are assured that in You, Lord, through You, the
victory over sin and death is already accomplished, as it was at Your †.
