Lord, I cannot be without You. Please spend time with me, daily. In Your presence is my recovery from whatever it is that currently impairs the quality of life. For I know that You can bring good out of any and

every situation, however challenging, as long as we pray, asking for help, confident this will be granted.

Thank You for each new day packed full of opportunities to get to know You better, to love You more fully and to reverence You obediently. Please keep Your Spirit upon me to enlighten and guide my prayer that it is balanced. For there is always so much to talk about, but I need to stop speaking just to listen to You and learn from You. May the Spirit help me with this, that my time is better spent in then doing whatever it is You ask me to do. Amen.
