“You will have your delight in the Almighty, and lift up your face to God.” (Job 22 v 26)

Come Holy Spirit, come into my empty soul.

I have no goodness within me, none at all,

Not without possession of the Lord Jesus.

I wish for Him to be my witness to life changed,

Re-arranged in priority by You, holy Lord.

Come, build up within me a life given to Jesus,

A life of promised truth, holy wisdom.

A life where the beauty of all that is holy

Does not merely exist, but flourishes daily.

I ask for the Lord Jesus to be living in me,

Acting through Me according to Your leading.

Be for me please, a life given over to love,

Where peace, hope and joy truly abound,

In the ever new found life of love Jesus offers us.

“The righteous shall be glad in the LORD and trust in Him. And all the upright in heart shall glory.” (Psalm 64 v 10)

“You will make your prayer to Him, He will hear you, and you will pay your vows; you will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22 v 27, 28)
